TEXTBOOK RETURNS

1. Original cash register receipts are required for all refunds. 
2. Refunds will be made using the same method of purchase only (e.g. a credit card credit will be issued for purchases made with credit cards).  Credit card numbers are not printed on your receipt, so you must present the card or have the credit card number and expiration date in order to receive a refund.  Please note that a debit card transaction will be processed as a credit card return; therefore, a debit card return will be credited to your card.
3. Presentation of student ID is required.
4. Full refunds will be available up to the end of the second week of classes (end of the first week for summer session).  All sales beginning the third week of classes (beginning of the second week for summer session) are considered final.
5. Textbooks must be in original condition in order to receive a full refund.  Defacing or damage, including visible wear, solied pages and pen or pencil marks, will result in no refund.
6. "Bundled" textbooks (books shrink-wrapped with one or more additional pieces) are non-returnable if opened.

 

GENERAL BOOKS AND MERCHADISE RETURNS

1. Original cash register receipts are required for all refunds.

3. Presentation of student ID may be required.
4. Returns must be on items purchased at the Bookstore.
5. Defective merchandise will be either exchanged or refunded.
6. All sales of clearance-priced merchandise are final.
7. Returns must be in new condition will all packaging, pieces and tags (preferably attached) available.
8. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase (please note that the timeline differs for textbooks).
9. Software may be returned only if the seals are not broken.
10. Special orders are non-returnable.
11. Art paper and board are non-returnable.
12. Reference books and materials (study guides, etc.) are non-returnable.
